Ingredients
- Eggs 4
- Sugar 1 cup
- Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Almonds and Pistachio as required
- Ghee 1 cup
- Yellow food color a good pinch (optional)
Cooking Directions
1. Finely
slice almonds and pistachio, keep aside.
2. Combine
eggs, ghee and sugar, whisk well.
3. Pour
this mixture into a pan and cook on low flame.
4. After
a while add cardamom powder to it and mix well.
5. When
ghee starts to separate, cook on high flame and fry while tossing constantly.
Cook for about 1-2 minutes and then remove from heat.
6. Takeout
in a platter and garnish with sliced almonds and Pistachio.
7. Note:
If you want to make the squares of this dessert, just fry it a bit longer on
high flame for about 10 minutes. Then spread the cooked mixture in a greased
tray. Leave on room temperature to set the cut into squares.
