Ingredients
- Potato 250 gm (cubed)
- Peas 250 gm
- Turnip 250 gm (cubed)
- Carrot 250 gm (sliced)
- Cauliflower 250 gm (florets)
- Tomato 250 gm (cubed)
- Cooking oil 4 tbsp
- Onion 2 medium (sliced)
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Green chilies and green coriander for garnishing
Cooking Directions
1. Heat
oil in a pan and fry onion until light brown.
2. Add
spices and all vegetables; stir fry them.
3. Add
half cup water, cover and cook for 10 minutes or until water dries up and
vegetables turn to soft.
4. Dish
out, garnish with green chilies and green coriander and serve.
