Gin Fizz

Ingredients

• 50 ml gin
• 25 ml lemon juice
• 12.5 ml sugar syrup
• Soda water

Method

1. Mix together gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup with ice, shake well.
2. Strain into a glass topped with ice and soda water.
