Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup (60 gm) sugar-powdered
- 3 cups soda
- 1 cup crushed ice
- A few mint leaves for garnish, optional
Method
- Blend the lemon juice, sugar and soda together, till the sugar dissolves.
- Divide the ice into four glasses, pour the nimbu paani over it, and serve, garnish with the mint leaves.
