Submarine Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Undercut meat slices 6
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard paste 3 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • French bread 1
  • Butter ½ cup
  • Iceberg 1 (small pieces)
  • Cucumber 1 (sliced)
  • Salami 1 packet
  • Cheese slices 4-6
  • Tomatoes 2-3 (sliced)
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Tooth picks as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Coat black pepper, salt, 2 tsp mustard paste and oil on undercut slices and cook until tender.
  2. Divide French bread into slices.
  3. Apply butter and heat on griddle.
  4. Now apply mustard paste on slices then place iceberg followed by cucumber slices, salami leaves, undercut slice and cheese slice and tomato.
  5. Put mayonnaise and cover other French bread slice.
  6. Close with tooth picks and serve.
