Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg (boneless)
- Salt 1 tsp
- White pepper ½ tsp
- All purpose flour as required
- Oil for deep frying
- For Batter:
- All purpose flour ½ cup
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chilled water as required
- For Sauce:
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Garlic 1 clove (crushed)
- Chili oil 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
1. Mix
chicken cubes with salt and white pepper.
2. For
Batter: Mix all ingredients for the batter well.
3. First
roll the chicken cubes in dry flour and then dip in the batter.
4. Deep
fry in hot oil till tender and golden.
5. For
Sauce: Heat chili oil, add in garlic, chili sauce, honey, quickly fold in the
fried chicken bites and toss.
6. Serve
with the creamy garlic sauce.
