Ingredients
- Butter ½ cup
- Caster sugar 1 cup
- Cream 1 ¼ cup
- Bananas, peeled and halved 4
Cooking Directions
1. Melt
butter. Stir in sugar and cook until sugar is melted and light brown.
2. Slowly
stir in the cream (mixture will bubble up at this stage).
3. Cook
1 minute, then reduce heat to low. Place the bananas in the pan and cook until
heated through, 2 minutes. Serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
