Frozen Parathay (Ready to Cook)


Ingredients

  • Ghee 400 gm
  • Flour ½ kg
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Water to knead
  • Ice as required

Cooking Directions

1.      Melt ghee, put in a pot containing ice and water, beat well using spoon, now remove water, squeeze margarine well and keep aside.
2.      In a bowl mix together flour, salt and oil. Now knead to dough into a smooth form with water.
3.      Roll the dough, put the prepared margarine in center, fold from all the four sides and keep aside for 30 minutes. Roll again and make in to balls.
4.      Put each ball in a polythene bag, roll and freeze.
5.      Fry when want to serve.
