Shahi Malai Kabab



Ingredients

  • Beef boti 500 gm (boiled)
  • Onion 2 medium (grated)
  • Bread slice 4 (soaked in ½ cup milk)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp heaped
  • Mint leaves 10 (chopped)
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Green chilies 2 - 3 (chopped)
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Malai 2 tbsp heaped
  • Flour ¾ cup
  • Water ¾ cup
  • Eggs 2 (beaten)
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

1.      Shred beef mix with grated onion, bread, ginger garlic paste, mint, coriander, green chilies, chili powder, allspice, salt, turmeric and malai, knead well.
2.      Shape into kababs.
3.      Make paste with flour and water.
4.      Dip each kabab into flour paste.
5.      Then in eggs and deep fry in frying pan.
